In 2004 Erin was hired directly out of college to shoot a feature length documentary in Cambodia called “To Touch the Soul (2007).” "To Touch the Soul" won several awards, including best documentary at the 2007 Wild Rose International film festival and the 2007 Accolade Awards competition.

Erin co-founded MEDiA OFFLiNE an independent film production company. At MEDiA OFFLiNE Erin has helped create several short fiction and non-fiction films, including “Divided We Fall (2006)”, which was shown at immigration conferences nation wide.

Erin is known for his verite camerawork.
